OUR GOAL PSA is a player development soccer Academy. This means our primary goal is to retain players by emphasizing the improvement of the individual first and to win matches second. .

We are so serious about retaining and developing players, PSA does not cut or release players once signed. This forces our coaching staff to both carefully select players and to develop them long term as the coach does not have the option of cutting or releasing the player.

PSA retains over 90% of its players past the age of twelve years successfully combating the over 60% drop out rate seen locally and nationally.

Youth players are developed in hopes of one day playing on the Academy's Senior Team. Concentrating on winning at the senior level allows us to develop players at the youth level. The team has won the NorCal Premier League Cup Championship the past two out of three years and is the first team in US Club History to be allowed to qualify for the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. In addition, the team provides avenues for collegiate scholarships and professional contracts.
