Les Shaw - Director of Youth Coaching and UK Operations
Les has a wealth of experience in professional soccer having played in England with Newcastle United FC, then moving to Cyprus where he played in both the Turkish and Greek leagues. Following his retirement as a player Les brought his enthusiasm into coaching at semiprofessional level and at youth soccer development centres and centres of excellence. Currently, Les is the Hartlepool United F.C. Youth Recruitment Officer. He is a holder of the UEFA ‘B' Licence and FA Coach Educator.

Andy Grant - Director of Soccer Performance
Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science, DipHE in Science and Soccer, PGCE (Further Ed.) and a UEFA ‘B' Licence. He has worked extensively in elite youth soccer at Chelsea and Sunderland Youth Academies and Hartlepool United Centre of Excellence. He has conducted match analysis on successful team performance for the English FA and has used this to develop the Winning Methodology.

Roger Mason - Director of Public Relations
Mr. Mason is a founding member of Sweeney, Mason, Wilson & Bosomworth, A Professional Law Corporation in Los Gatos, California.  He is an elected member of the Los Gatos-Saratoga Joint Union High School District, Chair of the Board of the Los Gatos-Saratoga Community Education and Recreation Department, and President-elect of the Los Gatos Lions Club. His daughter, Chloe, has been an Academy player for the past  four years for the PSA Sting.

Mike Karr - U.S. Director of Operations
Coach Mike has been instructing players at several levels for many years including youth, high school, Olympic Development Program, college and semi-professional . Mike is the founder and board chair of Pacific Soccer Academy and the Assistant Coach for academy's senior team PSA Storm. Formerly, Mike was the Kidz Love Soccer, Inc. Zone Director in the communities of Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell and West San Jose. He has a NSCAA National Youth License and B.A. in Secondary Education.

Justin Weiss - V.P. U.S. Director of Operations
Justin will be responsible for player recruitment, coordinating international friendlies for the COE youth age groups, general operations of the US COE senior team and expanding the COE program beyond the Bay Area. Justin is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center in Los Gatos.
